Yes, of course the
Generalizing Overloading for C++2000
that I wrote and published in the April 1998 issue of "Overload" is an
April Fool's Joke.
I hope you enjoyed it.
And, yes, several of the suggestions are technically feasible,
but that doesn't mean that they would be good or that we have to
implement them.
